My dad, most of whom know as "D" turned 60 years old on August 23rd!! Being it was a milestone birthday and the fact that he is the best damned "D" in the whole world we took him out in style on Saturday evening. My dad LOVES martini's and looking at this picture so does the rest of the family!! I of course am the one with the glass of red wine (yes I have a doctor's note) :)
On Friday there was a BBQ at Libby's mom's house so that everyone could come over and say "Hi" to Chris and Libby and wish them a Happy Anniversary... Funny thing is, as I am going through all of these pictures I noticed that I took them of all of the guests and not the happy couple...oops! haha! First one is of Mike, Mario and Kirk grubbing!

Chris Davenport finally arrived after a long 12 day absence from his family. Addie and Lily were so happy to see him.
This weekend was our friend Julie Borchardt's bachelorette party! It was a rainy, rainy evening, but of COURSE we made the best of it and still had a great time. The party happened down in Le Sueuer (did I spell that right?) and the surrounding cities... it was raining so hard that some of the roads were flooded out, haulting us from getting to some of the brides favorite hang outs! Luckily we had a great driver named Ron (Ronnie as I called him)...he managed to get us safely around town. Julie looked great and had a fabulous time....who wouldn't with all the shots we fed her :) Oh yes...and I am drinking....O'Douls!!

Amanda (Manny as most know her), Di, Myself and Graber....we were actually so wet and cold that we each drank a cup of coffee at this bar. Also, the power went out twice! Again...can't stop us from having a good time!
