We were given the green light to start solids! Any veggies and fruits beginning with the letter 'P'..

This is the first attempt... pears! He wasn't quite sure what to do!

Congrats to Mario's cousin Julianne who gave birth to a baby boy on of ALL days July 9th! :) I must say, what a fabulous day to have a birthday!! Pictures to come soon....

Zoo Trip

Last Tuesday we went to the zoo! It was the hottest day of the year so far...yikes! By the end of the day we were beat. Tommy and Sarah were with us too... don't know how they escaped my picture taking!!

4 Month Stats

Nico had his 4 month check up this week. He is 14.5 lbs (59%), 25 inches long (70%).. head circumference is 16in (22%).. So I guess our child is a pin head?!?! At least he can hide that with his big ole cheeks! :)

PS- he had 5 shots and only cried for a matter of seconds.. he is one tough dude!
